The coastal baseline studies and monitoring are being carried out on the following key parameters:
- Water quality.
- Sediment quality
- Heavy metals in organisms
- Fish catch
- Underwater survey and monitoring of coral reefs and associated fauna and flora.
- Underwater survey and monitoring of seagrass beds and associated fauna and flora.
- Underwater survey and monitoring of fish population in coral reef and seagrass bed areas.
